Cebu Pacific Do They weigh carry on bags? Can you carry on 1 luggage plus a laptop case?

Has anyone personal traveled a Domestic Flight this year 2011? Did they weigh your carry on bag? Did they allow someone to have a small roller bag plus a laptop case?

Laptops, cameras and other luggage’s are all weigh, except the dress and shoes you are wearing.
You can carry them but they also must be weigh.
