Why is my ZG5 model of Aspire One netbooks not on Acer’s official site?
I have been trying to find support for my netbook, concerning drivers and stuff on Acer’s support site, but when I go there, it’s as if my PC model does not exist.

Also, I did try the Japanese site and there I found nothing.
OK, I just found an answer to my question. Namely, ZG5 models are actually models no. AOA 150 and 110. There is an inconspicuous white label at the bottom that has one of the two written. I didn’t see it at first, because there is nothing written on it to suggest it contains the Model no.
I’m still gonna choose the only answer I got to this question, so that this might help others…
Which Acer website did you check? It might be on Japan’s Acer site. http://www.acer.co.jp/acer/home.do?LanguageISOCtxParam=ja&ctx2.c2att1=163&CountryISOCtxParam=JP&ctx1.att21k=1&CRC=1257006909
I’m assuming it is meant specifically for the Japanese market, so wouldn’t necessarily be on the sites of other countries. Toshiba is the same way.
